At APROSSUL, the adhesion of members to Semente Legal® is voluntary. Those who adhere to the Program do so on their own initiative and with a commitment to the transparency and compliance of their products and processes.
Once the companies join, their entire product portfolio is integrated into the secure traceability system, which can include forage seeds, soybeans, corn and other crops.
All in all, three models of security labels and seals are used by the participating companies, made to meet all packaging solutions, with the smallest security label for use in packages up to 5 kg, the largest label for packages from 5 kg to 99 kg and, finally, the security seal, for applications in packages above 99kg (bigbags).

With it, seed producers, sales technicians, resellers, distributors and, above all, the farmer, are guaranteed to use reliable seeds. Your property is safer and more productive.
You, reseller or rural entrepreneur, can also request the visit of our technicians to carry out the External Quality Verification – EQV of your seeds acquired from the producers participating in the Semente Legal® program.
