Over the years, the need to expand the scope of the Program to other seeds and crops became evident, since the producing companies could no longer bear dealing with piracy and the sale of seeds below the standards established by MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply), a scenario that causes millions of losses to agribusiness.
Semente Legal® can be implemented through associations or contracted directly by companies interested in including their products in the secure traceability system.
